공임분이 고객님의 슈즈를 제작하기 위해 가죽재단을 하고 제작에 들어가게 됩니다.
가죽재단이 이루어지면 어떠한 경우에도 배송전 취소가 불가능하니 이 점 꼭 참고하시어
신중한 구매결정을 부탁드립니다.
더불어, 보유한 재고가 있을 경우 바로 배송이 가능하지만 일반적인 경우의
주문제작상품은 평균 15일(주말.공휴일 제외)의 제작기간이 소요됩니다.
이 점 또한 참고하여 배송일에 여유를 두고 주문 해주시면 감사하겠습니다.

무드나잇의 모든 제품은 고객님의 주문 후 제작되는 1:1 주문제작 제품으로, 주말 및 공휴일을 제외하고 평균 15일의 제작기간이 소요됩니다.
모든 제품은 주문제작 시스템으로, 단순변심으로 인한 취소/교환/환불이 불가 합니다.

교환·반품 절차
무드나잇의 상품은 1:1 제작상품으로 교환 및 반품이 불가합니다
받아보신상품에 문제가 있을 경우(불량 또는 오배송) 7일 이내로 공식 이메일 moodnight.official@gmail.com에 문의하여 저희와 먼저 상의해 주시기 바랍니다.
· 기간내 접수 되어야 처리 가능하오니 이 점 꼭 유념해 주시길 바랍니다
· 상품은 반드시 배송 받았을 당시의 상태를 유지 해야만 교환 및 반품을 위한 절차가 진행 됩니다.
불량·수선
수령일 기준 31일 이내 제품의 불량이 확인 될 시 문의 바랍니다.
무드나잇은 수선 접수가 가능하며, 제품의 수선 견적에 따라 금액이 달라집니다.
수선을 위한 수선비와 왕복 배송비는 고객 부담이오니 참고 부탁드립니다.
General Information
We highly recommend that review a shopping guide and size info carefully before you place an order.
All products of MOODNIGHT are produced by a made-to-order system
that starts to produce after receipt of order and payment.
To finish production,
we need at least 7-14 working days.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange due to simple remorse.
International Shipping
Deliver within 3-7 business days exvluding the specified production period.
Customers are responsible for the payment of import duties
and clearance taxes once the shipment has arrived at the destination country.
* Please note, we cannot offer you any returns and exchanges for modified products by customer's requests
(extended the width or the instep part of shoes, alterations of heels) and products produced in special siezes. (Below IT 35.5 / above IT 38.5)
Returns
When it is inevitable to return & exchange, please contact at moodnight.official@gmail.com and we will send you further instructions.
please note that for all returns, except where the item is defective.
you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
Items should be returned in their original packing to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasens not due to our error cannot be accepted.
